I started using Supper Solutions so my family would eat healthy food, and truth be told, I don.t like to cook. As a result of Supper Solutions, my kids regularly comment on how delicious the food is, the time I spend grocery shopping has been cut in half and the biggest surprise for me is that it has turned out to be a big money saver!

I just wanted to let you know the impact that Supper Solutions has made on our family life as well as our budget. We used Supper Solutions for the first time in January and we were able to save $80.37 on our food budget. I found that because we had our Supper Solutions meals prepared and in the freezer, I wasn.t purchasing meat, spices or canned products to accompany our meals. My weekly grocery list changed too. The majority of the food I then purchased at the grocery store was fresh fruit, veggies, eggs and milk.
Although I didn.t quantify the savings in time, I can tell you that using Supper Solutions has simplified my life as a mom. I have a home business and two preschool age children and I love the simplicity of just taking a prepared healthy meal out of my freezer and cooking it in less than 20 minutes. I prefer to spend my time in other ways (not in the kitchen hovered over cookbooks). I like not having to think about what I.m going to do with frozen meat and wondering if I have all the ingredients to make a meal. This has been a great treat for me.
